In phase-field simulations, accurate material parameters are required to quantitatively predict microstructural evolutions. Non-sequential data assimilations enable the estimation of unknown by minimizing a cost function that represents misfit between numerical simulation results and time-series observation data. this study, new non-sequential Data assimilation method Minimizing Cost using tree-structured Parzen estimator (TPE), namely DMC-TPE, with higher accuracy than conventional (DMC-Bayesian optimization (BO)) is developed. The DMC-TPE compared DMC-BO via experiments, where these methods applied solid-state sintering. comparison demonstrate DMC-BO, specifically in cases numerous have be estimated, because TPE can continuously minimize increasing number iterative minimization calculations.
